-4 boiled eggs
-salted watermelon seeds cheat
-one piece of godiva chocolate cheat
-naval orange
-avocado w honey

-bowl of chili paleo

-fuji apple
-talapia plain pan seared
-papapya salad cheat made with salt
-dip made with mayo cheat eaten with raw broccoli, cauliflower, beets and baby carrots
-3 glasses of organic white wine cheat
-handful of raw almonds, peacans and sunflower
